REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
PAVCO Inc.’s services for the removal of hazardous material focus primarily on the removal or encapsulation of asbestos and mold.
When our firm is selected to intervene at a construction site or level 3, our team of experts begins by setting up three negative pressure decontamination chambers. These installations prevent the scattering and dissemination of airborne fibres and mold to other parts of the building. Employees wearing protective suits and masks with filters are then ready to tackle the work at hand.
Depending upon our customer’s needs, the asbestos panels or materials contaminated with mold and roughcast are removed for disposal according to the provisions of the law. They can also be “encapsulated” in a well-tested procedure which consists in coating the asbestos surface with a range of liquid products designed to harden so as to render the finished product entirely harmless.
PAVCO Inc. is regularly mandated to provide work for engineering firms, environmental consultants and architects.
